Runescape Needs Bug-fixing!

Alright, to begin with I would like to say as an experienced RS player (since about year '05 with several accounts, both member and non-member) that Runescape has become more unstable. There are now more bugs than ever, more technical issues than ever.

For example; The Runescape client now crashes for me quite more often than I feel necessary. It has crashed by various reasons 16 times since I first installed it on Tuesday. 16 times!

2 of the 16 crashes was because of Java problems (Which I fixed right away by reinstalling Java), another 2 of the 16 crashes the client sent me to the website saying there has been an error (Oh, really now?). And the remaining has been because of graphical issues where I couldn't get out of the renowned "Safe Mode".

So, as you probably can tell just by now, I have had some issues with Runescape.

I don't know if I'm the only one out here with the same experience, but a quick Google search showed me alot of threads on various forums showing people having issues with the technical side of Runescape, be it safe mode issues or graphical/audio issues.

I kinda wish that Jagex would pay more attention to bug-fixing than pushing out new content at the moment.

I have reported all the in-game bugs I have found and could replicate until now but in writing, I cannot play the game more than 2-3 minutes before a crash happens.

I have re-installed Windows 10, I have re-installed the Runescape client and Java numerous times, I have also re-installed DirectX. And my Nvidia graphic drivers are up to date and freshly re-installed, but I'm still having problems. No programs are to interfere with the Runescape client installation either as I currently only got Skype, Steam and Runescape installed.

I'm sorry to say I'm about to cancel my membership because of this, because I won't pay for a game I cannot play, my economy is tight enough as is.

I've recently read on a forum that IF Anti-aliasing and Bloom were activated, it could cause the Runescape Client to enter Safe Mode more frequently than if it were disabled. As this is my main problem I went ahead and disabled these options in good faith that it would solve my problems with the client.

NOW guess what happened!

To my despair I now cannot exit Safe Mode at all!

I have deleted my Jagex cache-files as well as the preference.dat and preference2.dat files to no avail! Even re-installing or repairing the client won't work!!!

I'm now a VERY VERY tiny step to uninstalling Runescape for good and removing my membership!

The original God Wars Dungeon was created at a different time. Factions were less prominent with less written about them. Now there is more risk of making lore fails or making the situation come off as bad writing

What do you want most from the upcoming runescape client NXT?

The reason Jagex is switching RuneScape from Java to C++ is because, for several years now, Jagex has pushed the boundaries of Java's capabilities far beyond normal limitations, and performance has dropped severely as a result.
